Ingredients: 58% [water, partially hydrogenated vegetable fats (coconut oil, palm kernel oil, palm kernel oil in varying proportions), skimmed milk powder, milkproteins , modified potato starch, buttermilk powder, culture, stabilizers: gelatin, modified corn starch], fresh cucumber 24%, strained yoghurt 15%, garlic, salt, stabilizer (cold-processed modified starch, gum, guar, xanthan gum, milk protein ), preservatives: E202, E211. Recipe: Chicken thighs with tzatziki
INGREDIENTS
• 10 chicken thighs
• salt
• paprika, sweet
• oil for the baking pan
• For the marinade:
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 2 teaspoons of mustard
For the garnish:
• parsley sprigs
PREPARATION
Wash the chicken thighs, wipe them with paper towels, put them in a bowl and pour the oil and mustard over them, mixing them together.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until the next day.
The next day, preheat the oven to 180oC.
Remove the bowl from the refrigerator, drain the chicken thighs from the marinade and sprinkle them with salt and paprika. Place them in a baking pan greased with oil and bake in a preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes.
When the chicken thighs are cooked, remove them from the oven and serve them with the tzatziki, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
