Taramas with Kozani saffron

Taramas with Kozani saffron is a traditional Greek recipe with a rich taste. It is made from 100% cod eggs, potato flakes, extra virgin olive oil and Kozani saffron extract. The addition of lemon gives the taramas a fragrant note. Enjoy taramas with Kozani saffron on fresh bread or breadsticks for an authentic Greek taste.

Ingredients: Vegetable oil (soybean or sunflower oil), water, taramas 6% (preserved fish eggs 100%, salt, sugar), mashed potatoes (dehydrated potatoes 99%, preservative: sodium metabisulphite), EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 3,2%, onion powder, acidity regulator: citric acid, salt, preservatives: Ε202 & E211, Kozani saffron (PDO) 0,009%. May contain traces of egg, cheese, mustard.
