Combinations – usage suggestions
• Taramas pulp (cod roe) 15% can be used for the preparation of the famous, especially during the fasting period, taramosalata, by adding it in combination with potato or bread, lemon, oil and onion.
• It can also be used to make fish roe balls (taramokeftedes) by mixing it with bread crumbs, eggs, fresh herbs, spices, and then frying them.
