Recipe: Lima beans with sundried tomatoes
Ingredients
• 250g white lima beans
• 250g black lima beans
• 1 handful of Pitenis sundried tomato
• 1 onion
• 70 ml olive oil
• 150 g tomato juice
• Salt, pepper
Preparation
Place the lima beans in a bowl with water and let them soak for 12 hours. Rinse them and boil them for 20 minutes. Put them in a baking pan, along with the oil, sundried tomato, tomato juice and two cups of water.
