• 8 round buns
• 1 kg minced beef
• 1 grated onion
• 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, grated
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped mint
• 1 egg
• salt, pepper

PREPARATION
Knead all the ingredients. Shape the burgers and grill them. Cut the buns in half, add a lettuce leaf, the burger and cover with the bun. Add a slice of gouda cheese. Garnish with chips, ketchup and cucumber mayonnaise.
