Ingredients: Mayonnaise 45% [vegetable oil (soybean or sunflower oil), water,pasteurized egg yolk, Mustard 3% (water, vinegar, mustard, natural corn starch, salt, sugar, mustard flavoring), fibre], cucumber 39% (cucumber, salt, vinegar, sugar, spices, flavoring, acidity regulator: E509), delicacy (skimmedmilk , palm oil, milkproteins, culture, gelling agent: gelatin), mustard 5%, vinegar, sugar, dill, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservatives: E202, E211. May contain traces of celery, sesame seeds.

INGREDIENTS
• 8 round buns
• 1 kg minced beef
• 1 grated onion
• 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, grated
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped mint
• 1 egg
• salt, pepper

PREPARATION
Knead all the ingredients. Shape the burgers and grill them. Cut the buns in half, add a lettuce leaf, the burger and cover with the bun. Add a slice of gouda cheese. Garnish with chips, ketchup and cucumber mayonnaise.
