- General – Definitions:
1.1. The following terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them below:

1.3. If the Customer is a natural person, he/she must be at least 18 years of age. By accepting these terms and conditions, the Customer confirms that he/she is at least 18 years of age. Visitors to the Website under the age of 18 are not allowed to exchange data and any information with us.

- Terms of sale
2.1 By sending your order through the E-Shop, the Customer purchases the Company’s products selected in his digital “Cart” at the price determined for the products selected by the Customer, in the E-Shop and is transferred to his digital cart, where the total of his order and the total amount due is displayed.

2.3. The Customer can choose either payment of the order by credit or debit card, through the electronic payment platform “ibank e-Commerce” of the National Bank, or payment by cash on delivery to the cooperating courier company or to the drivers of our company, or by Paypal.

2.5. The Company may confirm to the Customer the acceptance of the order also by telephone, by calling the Customer at the contact phone number indicated.
2.the conclusion of the sales contract between the Company and the Customer requires that the Company has checked the availability of the ordered products and has accepted both the order and the payment by card or cash on delivery. As long as the Company has not confirmed the acceptance of the order and the method of payment, it is not obliged to send the ordered products to the Customer.

3.4. However, the Company does not guarantee that the dispatch of the products will be carried out within the predetermined delivery date.
3.5. The Customer may not cancel his order after the Company has sent him the confirmation email of acceptance of the order, according to article 2.4. above.

3.7. In the event that the Company does not accept the order, it shall refund any amounts paid to the Customer within 10 working days of receipt of the order at the latest. The Company’s liability for non-acceptance of orders or for cancellation of orders is limited solely to the refund to the Customer of the amounts paid by the Customer for the specific order.
3.8. Alcoholic beverages may not be collected by an authorised person who is under 18 years of age.
3.9. In case of lack of availability of products from the order, the Company will send the Customer, notification of partial acceptance of the order. The Customer must inform the Company of the acceptance of partial delivery of the products or of waiting for the dispatch of the entire order in one delivery. In this case, each partial delivery shall be the subject of a separate contract. In the event that the Company delays one or more partial deliveries or is unable to carry them out, this shall not affect contracts for products that have already been shipped or are to be shipped in the future.
3.10. If the Customer is absent from the place of delivery of the order, the cooperating courier company shall inform the Customer by means of a note on how to receive the order. In this case, the risk of loss or damage of the Products is transferred to the Customer – Buyer, taking into account their fragile nature. The Company may cancel any order, which has not been paid for before dispatch, if the Customer does not receive the Products within three days of receipt of the relevant notice from the courier company.
- Pricing and order delivery charges
4.1. The Company is entitled to modify and correct at any time information related to Products, prices and other information published on the Website. The change of terms and prices does not include orders that have already been paid by the Customer and accepted by the Company.
4.2. However, the final selling price of the Product is the price communicated to the Customer upon acceptance of the order by the Company.

4.5. The dispatch of Products, within the Attica basin, is carried out on the next working day after the acceptance and payment of the order.
4.6 The dispatch of Products to land destinations within the network of General Postal Services SA shall take place on the next working day after acceptance and payment of the order.
4.7 For shipments to island destinations of the General Postal Service network, (delivery time depends on many factors) usually 3-4 days.
4.8. For areas outside the city limits of the General Post Office network, (hard to reach areas) delivery within 1-3 working days.
4.9. Delivery charge rates can be changed at any time.
- Payment terms
5.1:
5.1.1.The Company accepts payment of the order by credit card. 1.1.1 The Customer must select the credit card option as the payment method for the completion of the order.
5.1.2 All payments made by card are processed through the electronic payment platform “ibank e-Commerce” of the National Bank of Greece and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches the intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
5.1.3 The Customer can pay through this option by credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express.
5.1.4 The Company does not retain any data as to the Customer’s card details. The payment is made in the secure environment of the partner provider of the electronic payment platform that is responsible for the processing of your personal data.
5.2. Payment by cash (cash on delivery)
5.2.1 The Customer may choose to pay the amount of his order, directly to the Courier Company or to our drivers, by cash on delivery.

- Defective Products
6.1. In case the Customer finds a defect in a Product upon receipt, the Customer must inform the Company within 24 hours of receipt of the Products, otherwise they will be considered as received in perfect condition and with all other items intended to be in the packaging.
6.in the event of an actual defect or a lack of a product’s agreed quality, due to the Company’s fault, the Company will replace the defective product with an identical product or, in the event of a lack of the same product, with an alternative product of equal or greater quality and value, at no additional cost to the Customer.
6.3. The receipt of the product for return will be made exclusively from the delivery address.
6.4. The products returned must be accompanied by the Retail Receipt / Sales Invoice or the Delivery Note
6.5 The customer is responsible for the products from their delivery by the carrier, due to the nature of the products (food, beverages, direct consumption products). The company is not liable if the product is not received by the customer on the day of delivery through his own fault, i.e. on the first delivery attempt.
- Change/cancellation of the order
A change or cancellation to an order is only accepted if the Order Confirmation has not been sent. After the Order Confirmation, it is not possible to change the stated delivery address either. If the order confirmation e-mail has not been sent, a change can be made after the Customer has contacted the Company, provided that the total value of the order after the change is not lower than the original value.
- Limitation of liability
8.1. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may be caused by a denial of service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect the User’s hardware, software, data or other proprietary material due to the use of the Website or the downloading of any material posted on this or any Website linked to it.
8.2. The Company shall not be liable in the event that for any reason, including negligence, the operation of the Website is interrupted or it becomes difficult and/or impossible to access it and/or if, despite the security measures observed, “viruses” or other harmful software are detected and transmitted to the terminals of users/visitors, or if unauthorised third parties interfere in any way with the content and operation of the Website, making it difficult to use or causing problems in its proper functioning or intercepting data concerning users’ personal data. Also, the Company is not responsible for interruption of access to the Website for reasons beyond its sphere of influence, as well as for reasons due to technical or other network failure or reasons of force majeure or fortunate events.
8.3.
9 Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Greek Law. In the event of a dispute between the Company and the Customer or user of the Website, the competent courts shall be the courts of Kozani, Greece.

10.1 The above Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy are integral parts of the Agreement and bind the parties (the Company and the Users or Customers) collectively
10.in the event that any term of the contract is deemed to be abusive or cancelled, this does not affect the other terms of the contract which remain valid and binding on the parties.
10.3. Any delay in the exercise by the parties of some or all of the rights arising from these terms and conditions shall not result in the weakening or waiver of that right, which may be exercised at any time at a later stage and at the reasonable discretion of the beneficiary.
