Smoked trout

Recipe: Spaghetti with smoked trout
Ingredients
• 1 packet of spaghetti
• 200 g Pitenis smoked trout
• 300 ml heavy cream
• ¼ bunch of dill
• 1 shot of white wine
• olive oil
Cut the trout into small pieces and sauté it in the pan with the oil. Add the chopped dill, the heavy cream and the white wine. Pour over the spaghetti after you have cooked it and optionally sprinkle with grated parmesan.
