Recipe: Pitenis Octopus tentacle with Vinegar with lenten Potato Salad
Ingredients
• 400 g Pitenis Octopus tentacle
• 200 g Pitenis Homemade Tomato Sauce
• 100 g Pitenis Ketchup Diamond
• 100 g onion
• 70 g Pitenis Florina peppers
• 50 g Pitenis sundried tomato
• 50 ml Tsipouro with Aniseed
• 40 ml Erotokritos Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 20 g Pitenis Garlic pulp
• Smoked red pepper
• Pepper mixture
• Bay leaf spice
Preparation
In a non-stick pan, add the extra virgin olive oil “Erotokritos”.
Sauté the onion, garlic, octopus tentacle and add the tsipouro with aniseed.
Allow the alcohol to evaporate and add the homemade sauce, the sundried tomato, the Florina pepper, Ketchup Diamond, spices and bring to a boil.
Season the potato salad with the olive oil and serve with chopped parsley and olive oil.
