Recipe: Roasted Florina peppers with marinated anchovies
Ingredients
• 5 Florina peppers
• 200g Pitenis marinated anchovy fillet
• 2 spring onions, finely chopped
• 3 tomatoes
• 100 g grated nut
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• salt, pepper
Preparation
Brush the Florina peppers with oil and bake them in the oven at 200o C for about 20 minutes. Turn them on all sides until the skin is well cooked.
